What to do if you are thought to have caused harm or abuse.
If a safeguarding concern is reported about harm or abuse that you are alleged to have caused, a safeguarding enquiry may take place.
The enquiry will focus on the facts and will not judge you. You will be asked to share your views about what happened.
The aim of the enquiry is to understand what needs to be done to keep the person with care and support needs safe.
You will be informed when the enquiry is finished.
