We want to know your real-world experiences

Residents and businesses regularly tell us about dropped calls, poor signal strength, and unreliable data connections, particularly in rural areas but also in town centres.

By combining your reports of poor mobile coverage via our questionnaire with our other work measuring mobile signal strength, we can see where service is poor but demand is high. This gives us strong evidence to work with Mobile Network Operators and providers of innovative solutions to improve connectivity in Worcestershire.

Who should complete this questionnaire

We want to hear from you about any locations in 91ÖÆƬ³§where you experience problems that appear to be permanent or reoccur on a regular basis (e.g. where you never have mobile coverage or a problem always occurs at a certain time of the day like rush hour).

If you are experiencing an unusual loss of coverage in an area that is normally well served then please contact your mobile phone network provider in the first instance.

If you want to report geographically distinct areas like a village where you live and a different town where you work, then please complete the questionnaire separately for each location. This will really help us build our evidence and we think you can complete the questionnaire in less than a minute once you are familiar with it.

Our questionnaire is short and typically takes one to two minutes to complete.
