Unplanned Service Disruptions
Renewals for loans using the phone system

Customers can currently only renew one book at a time using the phone system. If you can鈥檛 renew your books or need to renew several at once, please use your online account (see Your Library Membership for details).
If you still need help, call 01905 822722 and ask for a Customer Service Advisor, or visit your local library during staffed hours.
