What do you think about council services are run where you live? Help the County Council to improve them and have your say!

We are giving residents the opportunity to join a panel and have their say on what they think about how council services are run where they live.

The Viewpoint Panel is the residents’ panel for research and engagement and the council is looking for more people to join and help ensure residents are represented in future decisions. 

Panel members will be asked to complete one short survey a year. Members of the panel are sometimes invited to take part in other surveys, focus groups or workshops, but this is completely optional.

Any 91ÖÆƬ³§resident aged 18 or over can join the panel to have their say on local public services.

The 2025 survey

The 91ÖÆƬ³§County Council Viewpoint 2025 survey is live from 1 to 30 November 2025.

You will need your ID number and password from your invitation. Your response will be automatically tracked and should not receive reminder emails. All results are anonymous; reports will present statistical information and will not contain any names that can identify an individual.
