Libraries in 91ÖÆƬ³§have friendly helpers called Digital Champions. They are there to help you and explain things step by step.

They can help with:

• filling in forms
• calling you back to give help over the phone
• learning how to use the internet (Learn My Way)
• understanding the change from old-style phone calls to new digital phone calls
