To take part, your business must:

• employ up to 4 people or be a sole trader
• be based in Worcestershire
• have been trading for at least 12 months
• be able to demonstrate how the support will benefit your business 

This programme is designed for early stage and established businesses ready to grow.

Eligible businesses can access between 4 and 10 hours of fully funded 1:1 coaching, delivered over a period of up to 6 months.

Support is completely tailored and may include:

• business diagnostics and growth planning
• leadership and strategic development
• sales and marketing support
• financial planning and performance improvement
• operational efficiency and scaling
• implementation support to put plans into action

Support is flexible and delivered through a mix of online and face-to-face sessions, ensuring it fits around your business needs

Through this programme, you will:

• gain clarity and direction with a structured business growth plan
• build confidence in leadership and decision-making
• identify and act on new market opportunities
• improve financial performance and productivity
• develop the skills and resilience needed to grow sustainably

Each business receives practical, hands-on support focused on delivering measurable outcomes – not just advice.

Your coaching journey is structured to maximise impact:

You’ll work with a dedicated adviser to assess your business, identify opportunities and challenges, and create a clear action plan with measurable goals.

2. Tailored coaching and support

You’ll receive targeted coaching focused on your priorities – helping you implement changes, overcome barriers and drive growth.

3. Achieving results

Support focuses on real outcomes, such as increased revenue, improved productivity, job creation or securing investment. 
You’ll also have access to specialist expertise, workshops, webinars and peer learning opportunities where appropriate.
