Events did not occur before July 1837 (these cases might be recorded with Church Baptismal registers or held by 91ÖÆƬ³§Archive Service)

The birth took place within Worcestershire, 91ÖÆƬ³§County Council can only issue copy certificates for births within the County of Worcestershire:

• Wordsley Hospital is in the district of Dudley therefore applications will need to be made to the Dudley Registration Service
• Tenbury Hospital is in the district of Shropshire and therefore applications will need to be made to them
