More than 900 businesses registered for events across the county, demonstrating a strong appetite for collaboration, digital advancement, and knowledge sharing among Worcestershire’s business community.

Across two weeks, the festival brought together organisations of all sizes, with over 60 businesses speaking or exhibiting, alongside 13 main events and three fringe activities. From hands on tech showcases to thought provoking discussions and specialist workshops, TechFest 2026 provided a diverse platform for inspiration, ideas exchange, and meaningful collaboration.

The festival concluded with the BetaDen Technology Showcase at Stanbrook Abbey in Worcester, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders and public sector partners. Founders from BetaDen’s accelerator cohort presented innovations spanning health, agriculture, logistics, AI and wellbeing, showcasing the strength and diversity of Worcestershire’s innovation ecosystem. The evening also featured the inaugural 91��Ƭ��Innovation Champion Award, recognising exceptional contributions to the region’s innovation landscape.

Councillor Alan Amos, Cabinet Member with Responsibility for Business and Skills at 91��Ƭ��County Council, said: “TechFest 2026 has once again shown that 91��Ƭ��is a place where innovation thrives. As TechFest 2026 wraps up, organisers BetaDen, Midlands Cyber, 91��Ƭ��Growth Hub, and 91��Ƭ��County Council have already begun planning future events, with a shared ambition to build on this year’s success and continue shining a spotlight on the county’s innovation strengths.
