The masterclasses, funded by 91制片厂County Council and delivered by Winning Moves, are designed to help businesses of all sizes to secure crucial funding, spot new opportunities, and develop cutting-edge products or services
With expert speakers and practical sessions, these workshops will provide attendees with the tools, strategies and insights needed to thrive in today鈥檚 fast-paced business environment.

The Funding will kick off the series, helping businesses understand how to secure the necessary funding to drive innovation and growth. Attendees will learn how to align their financial strategies with business goals, explore various funding options, and present their financial story in a compelling way to attract investors.
On 22 January, the will focus on how to identify trends and shifts within industries, and turn market gaps into opportunities. Through creative problem-solving techniques and real-life case studies, businesses will discover how to take action and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
The final workshop, , will take place on 28 January. This session will dive into the importance of continuous innovation, exploring how businesses can stay relevant by understanding customer motivations, mapping the buyer journey, and crafting effective pricing strategies.
