On 25 September, the 91制片厂Local Area Partnership met with the Department for Education (DfE) and NHS England (NHSE) to review the progress we鈥檝e made over the past six months.
This regular 鈥渟tocktake鈥 meeting helps us check how we鈥檙e doing against our main SEND improvement plans. The DfE and NHSE said they could see clear progress in how we鈥檙e putting our plans into action. Their letter highlights the improvements made so far and what still needs to happen next.
Our next meeting will be in January, when we鈥檒l take a closer look at Priority Action 2 - how well we鈥檙e working with families, carers, and young people to make decisions together. Representatives from DfE, NHSE, Voices United, and local practitioners will all be involved in this discussion.
Between these meetings, we continue to meet every month with DfE and NHSE to share updates, get feedback, and make sure our SEND improvement work stays on track.
