If your New Year鈥檚 resolutions are to get active, be healthy and have fun, Healthy 91制片厂could be the perfect place for you.
Healthy 91制片厂sessions are free, friendly, community-based groups designed to help people stay active, learn more about their health and wellbeing, and connect with others in their local area.
91制片厂County Council has funded 30 Healthy 91制片厂venues around the county and an online option too, it鈥檚 easy to get 2026 off to a healthy start.
Sessions typically include gentle exercises such as strength and balance activities, alongside practical health talks.
In January, the programme will cover budgeting, breathwork and winter safety, offering support for both physical and mental wellbeing during the winter months.
As well as the health benefits, sessions provide a welcoming space to chat, make friends and discover other local activities.
Councillor Satinder Bell, 91制片厂County Council鈥檚 cabinet member for health and wellbeing, said: 鈥淚 can鈥檛 recommend Healthy 91制片厂enough. It鈥檚 a fantastic programme that supports both physical and mental wellbeing, while helping people feel more connected to their community. We are incredibly lucky in 91制片厂to have this on our doorstep.鈥
