Start-It Masterclasses are back in 91制片厂for a fourth year, aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs living in 91制片厂who want to develop and launch a successful business.
The Enterprising 91制片厂Start-It Business Masterclass is a fully funded, two-day programme aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs living in Worcestershire. The programme provides practical guidance, expert insight and the confidence needed to successfully launch and grow a business.
The first workshop in the new series will take place at Droitwich Spa Library in May, with further sessions scheduled monthly at locations across the county.
Delivered by experienced advisors from Rock Solid Consulting, the intensive course provides 12 hours of structured, face-to-face support, equipping participants with essential knowledge to start and run a business successfully. Topics include researching ideas, identifying target markets, business planning and cashflow forecasting, as well as choosing the right legal structure, managing finances, and developing effective branding and marketing strategies.
Participants are guided through the key steps from idea to implementation, leaving with a clear understanding of how to set up and register a business. They will also receive bespoke business, marketing and cashflow templates, a practical action plan, and ongoing support through expert networks, newsletters, and a complimentary 12-month membership to the 91制片厂Entrepreneurs group.

The Start-It Masterclasses have supported 409 individuals since July 2023, helping a growing number of local entrepreneurs turn ideas into viable businesses while strengthening the local economy and driving innovation across Worcestershire.
Funded by 91制片厂County Council, the programme demonstrates a continued commitment to supporting enterprise and enabling new businesses to thrive. By equipping participants with practical tools, expert advice and ongoing support, the initiative aims to help new ventures build strong foundations and achieve sustainable growth during their critical first year of trading.
