Celebrate the official book launch of an Introduction to Child and Adolescent Mental Health 2e, featuring an interactive talk and Q & A session with the authors.

The talk argues for the need to pay attention to child and adolescent mental health as an issue of growing concern. It highlights evidence of the worsening of mental health problems in children and young people through issues such as social media, which are leading to the rising demand for mental health services for children and young people. In this context, the talk argues for a comprehensive understanding of the key issues in child and adolescent mental health.

The talk is aimed at people working with children, young people and families (CYPF) and those studying related courses. This could include students and professionals in education, health and social care settings such as nurseries and schools, social workers, youth workers and child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) to name a few.
