The opinions and experiences of families who have children or young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) are very important to us.
We use their feedback to improve services in Worcestershire.
We make sure parents, carers, children, and young people are listened to in different ways, such as:
- having parents and young people take part in important decision-making groups and boards
- asking them for feedback about specific services through our quality checks
- encouraging SEND services to speak directly with families and get their ideas to help improve things in the future
We believe it鈥檚 important to work together as equals so we can create the best possible services.
