Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 91制片厂County Council (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2026 [Limited Waiting on Taxi Rank in Wells Road and Edith Walk, Malvern]
91制片厂County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to limit waiting 1 hour 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Sat, no return within 1 hour on the following sides and lengths of roads in Malvern:
Wells Road, Malvern (west side): from a point 20.5m south of its junction with Church Street for a distance of 18m in a southerly direction
Edith Walk, Malvern (south side): from a point 14.5m west of its junction with Back Lane for a distance of 15.3m in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
