Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) 91制片厂County Council (Various Roads Pound Bank & Poolbrook, Malvern Hills District) (30 & 40 mph Speed Limit) (Revocation and Proposal) Order 2026
91制片厂County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Malvern Hills District:
30 miles per hour
C2102 Chance Lane, Pound Bank/Poolbrook: from a point 30 metres north of its junction with B4211 Guarlford Road for a distance of 690 metres in a north westerly direction.
40 miles per hour
B4211 Guarlford Road: from a point 35 metres east of its junction with UC63323 (Hall Green) in a westerly direction to a point 30 metres east of its junction with UC63310 (Eston Avenue).
B4208 Poolbrook Road: from a point 95 metres south of its junction with UC63000 (Peachfield Road) in a northerly direction to a point 20 metres south of its junction with UC63138 (Hayes Bank Road).
UC63000 Peachfield Road: from a point 30 metres east of its junction with UC63139 (Longridge Road) in an easterly direction to its junction with B4208 (Poolbrook Road).
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
