Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 91ÖÆƬ³§County Council (District of Wychavon – Droitwich Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2026 [Prohibition of Waiting and No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings on U41718 & U41720 Briar Mill, Droitwich]
91ÖÆƬ³§County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Droitwich:-
U41718 (North side): From its junction with U41720 (Briar Mill) for a distance of 37 metres in an easterly direction.
(South side): From its junction with U41720 (Briar Mill) for a distance of 23 metres in an easterly direction.
U41720 (Briar Mill) (East side): From its junction with U41718 for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction and 18 metres in a north westerly direction.
No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings
U41718 (Both sides): From a point 112 metres east of its junction with U41720 (Briar Mill) for a distance of 42.5 metres in an easterly direction.
U41720 (Briar Mill) (Both sides): From a point 27 metres northwest of its junction with U41718 for a distance of 30 metres in a north westerly direction.
(West side): From a point 249 metres northwest of its junction with U41718 for 28 metres in a north westerly direction and from a point 357 metres northwest of its junction with U41718 for 30 metres in a north westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
