Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 91ÖÆƬ³§County Council (District of Wychavon – Droitwich Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2025 [Prohibition of Waiting on Primsland Way & Falstaff Drive & Charlotte Bronte Drive & Broadheath Close, Droitwich]
91ÖÆƬ³§County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Droitwich:
Primsland Way (Both sides) from its junction with B4090 Worcester Road for a distance of 34 metres in an easterly direction.
(North side) from its junction with Falstaff Drive for a distance of 20 metres in a westerly direction and for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction from its junction with Broadheath Close for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction and for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction.
(South side) from its junction with Charlotte Bronte Drive for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction and for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction.
Falstaff Drive (Both sides) from its junction with Primsland Way for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction.
Charlotte Bronte Drive (Both sides) from its junction with Primsland Way for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction.
Broadheath Close (Both sides) from its junction with Primsland Way for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
