Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 91ÖÆƬ³§County Council (Wyre Forest District – Stourport on Severn area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2026 [Prohibition of Waiting on Kingsway, Stourport on Severn]
On 2 April 2026 91ÖÆƬ³§County Council made an Order giving permanent effect to an Experimental Order made on 31 July 2025 which will impose prohibition of waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Stourport on Severn:-
Kingsway –South Side: From a point 47m west of its junction with Minster Road for a distance of 23m in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 23 April 2026.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
