Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) 91制片厂County Council (Hurcott Village, Kidderminster) (30 mph Speed Limit) (Revocation and Proposal) Order 2026
On 7 May 2026 91制片厂County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to extend the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Kidderminster to 30 miles per hour:
UC12400 Hurcott Lane: from a point 157 metres north of its junction with U12401 (Hurcott Road) in a southerly direction to a point 190 metres south of that junction.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 28 May 2026.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be downloaded at the Wyre Forest Public Notice Page on the 91制片厂County Council Website or copies supplied by emailing roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk; or inspected at Kidderminster Library, Market Street, Kidderminster DY10 1AD and Wildwood, Wildwood Drive, Worcester WR5 2QT during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
