Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 91ÖÆƬ³§County Council (District of Wychavon – Evesham Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2025 [Prohibition of Waiting (Revocation and Proposals) on Edward Street, George Street, Henry Street and Avon Street, Evesham]
91ÖÆƬ³§County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Evesham:
Edward Street (Both sides): from its junction with Albert Road for 10 metres in a southerly direction.
George Street (Both sides): from its junction with Albert Road for 10 metres in a southerly direction; from its junction with Avon Street for 10 metres in a northerly direction.
Henry Street (Both sides): from its junction with Albert Road for 10 metres in a southerly direction; from its junction with Avon Street for 10 metres in a northerly direction; from its junction with Avon Street for 10 metres in a southerly direction.
Avon Street (Both sides): from its junction with Albert Road for 10 metres in an easterly direction.
Revocation of Prohibition of Waiting Mon – Sat, 8am – 6pm
Edward Street (Both sides): from its junction with Albert Road for 10 metres in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
