91制片厂county council Highways act 1980, Section 96A consultation on proposal to remove tree(s) on Primsland Way, Droitwich
Notice is hereby given that 91制片厂County Council is undertaking a consultation pursuant to Section 96A of the Highways Act 1980 to remove 3 wild cherry trees on Primsland Way, Droitwich, in the vicinity of the junction with Tagwell Road, as shown by the red markings on the attached plan.
It is proposed that the trees are removed to accommodate the construction of a new footway on Primsland Way. Alternative management solutions have been considered and are not practicable. Replacement tree planting is proposed in the immediate locality.
