Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) 91ÖÆƬ³§County Council (A442 Droitwich Road, A450 Worcester Road & U40002 Torton Lane, Hartlebury Parish) (40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2025
On 23 October 2025 91ÖÆƬ³§County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to reduce the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Hartlebury Parish to 40 miles per hour:
A442 Droitwich Road - From its junction with A449 Worcester Road in a south easterly direction to a point 315 metres southeast of its junction with A450 Worcester Road roundabout (Torton).
A450 Worcester Road – From its junction with A449 Worcester Road in a northeasterly direction to a point 220 metres northeast of its junction with A450 Worcester Road roundabout (Torton).
U40002 Torton Lane – For its entire length.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 13 November 2025.
