Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 91ÖÆƬ³§County Council (Wyre Forest District – Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2026 [Disabled Persons’ Parking Space on Worcester Street, Kidderminster]
On 23 April 2026 91ÖÆƬ³§County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons’ parking space on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:
Worcester Street (southwest side): from a point of 54.7 metres southeast of its junction with Malborough Street for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 14 May 2026.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
