Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) 91制片厂County Council (Various Roads, Upper and Lower Broadheath) (30 and 40 Mph Speed Limit) (Revocation and Proposal) Order 2026
On 26 March 2026 91制片厂County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following lengths and sides of roads in Upper and Lower Broadheath to 30 and 40 miles per hour:
30mph Speed Limit
Lower Broadheath: B4204 from a point 280 metres northwest of its junction with U62416 (Peachley Lane) in a south easterly direction to a point 85 metres southeast of its junction with U62414 (Lovington Lane).
C2231(Hallow Lane) from its junction with B4204 in a north easterly direction to a point 360 metres northeast of its junction with UC62427 (Manorfield).
UC62414 (Lovington Lane) from its junction with B4204 for a distance of 70 metres in a northerly direction.
UC62416 (Peachley Lane) from its junction with B4204 for a distance of 600 metres in an easterly direction.
UC62415 (Frenchlands Lane) for its entire length.
UC62417 (Church Lane) for its entire length.
UC62418 (Peachley Gardens) for its entire length.
UC62419 (Jacomb Road) for its entire length.
UC62420 (Jacomb Drive) for its entire length.
UC62421 (Jacomb Close) for its entire length.
UC62422 (Grange Road) for its entire length.
UC62423 (Green Lane) for its entire length.
UC62424 (Crown Meadow) for its entire length.
UC62425 (Green Lane) for its entire length.
UC62426 (Crown Close) for its entire length.
UC62427 (Manorfield) for its entire length.
UC62428 (Rectory Close) for its entire length.
UC62429 (Malvern Close) for its entire length.
Upper Broadheath: C2067 (Lightwood Lane/Bell Lane) from a point 535 metres southwest of its junction with C2066 (Ankerdine Road) in a
north easterly direction to its junction with B4204.
C2066 (Ankerdine Road/Broadheath Common/Crown East Lane) from a point 160 metres west of its junction with C2067 in a south easterly direction to a point 780 metres southeast of its junction with UC62412 (Laylocks Lane).
UC62412 (Laylocks Lane) for its entire length.
UC62413 (Sling Lane) for its entire length.
40mph Speed Limit
Lower Broadheath: B4204 from a point 85 metres southeast of its junction with U62414 (Lovington Lane) in an easterly direction to a point 162 metres west of its junction with U54001 (Fern Road)
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 16 April 2026.
