Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 91ÖÆƬ³§County Council (District of Wychavon – Droitwich) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2026 [Prohibition of Waiting on Stalls Farm Road, Steynors Way and St. Nicholas Street, Droitwich]
On 9 April 2026 91ÖÆƬ³§County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Droitwich:-
Stalls Farm Road (west side): from its junction with Steynors Way for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction and for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction.
Stalls Farm Road (east side): from its junction with St Nicholas Street for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction and for a distance of 6 metres in a southerly direction.
Steynors Way (both sides): from its junction with Stalls Farm Road for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction.
St Nicholas Street (both sides): from its junction with Stalls Farm Road for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 30 April 2026.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
