Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 91制片厂County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2026 [Disabled Person鈥檚 Parking Space on Victoria Avenue, Worcester]
91制片厂County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled person鈥檚 parking space on the following length and side of road in Worcester:
Victoria Avenue (east side): from a point 96.7 metres south east of its junction with Albert Road for a distance of 6 metres in a south easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
