Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 91ÖÆƬ³§County Council (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2026 [Disabled Persons’ Parking Space on Fulbrook Close, Redditch]
91ÖÆƬ³§County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons’ parking space on the following length and side of road in Redditch:
Fulbrook Close (Southeast corner): from a point 92 metres from the entrance to the east side of Fulbrook Close.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.
