Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) 91制片厂County Council (Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2026 [Prohibition of Waiting and Limited Waiting on Birmingham Road, Bromsgrove]
91制片厂County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Bromsgrove:
Birmingham Road (Southeast side): From a point 61m from the roundabout with approaches from All Saints Road and Burcott Road for a distance of 6m in a south westerly direction.
(Southeast side): From a point 116m from the roundabout with approaches from All Saints Road and Burcott Road for a distance of 5m in a south westerly direction.
91制片厂County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to impose limited waiting (1 hour with no return within 2 hours 8am-6:30pm) on the following length and side of road in Bromsgrove:
Birmingham Road (Southeast side - Parking Bays): From a point 67m from the roundabout with approaches from All Saints Road and Burcott Road for a distance of 55m in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
